The blast chillers/freezers cabinets with mechanical and electronic control, forced-air, are entirely constructed in AISI 304 18/10 both internally and externally. Main features:

•Monobody construction. • Capacity GN 1/1. • Core-probe to measure the blast-chilling temperature (+90 to +3°C) and the blast-freezing temperature (+ 90 to -18°C) • External satined finishing type SCOTCH-BRITE. • 60 mm insulation with CFC-free polyurethane with density 40 kg/m3 • Ecological refrigerant R404A. • Automatic defrost and evaporation of the condensate without waste of electric energy. • High store capacity compartments, with rounded edges to make cleaning easy. • Ergonomic handles and magnetic perimetral seals. • Height adjustable legs (Ø 2") made of AISI 304 18/10 s/s. • Self closing doors with still position at 100° • Slot-in type shelves supports and racks made of s/s, easily extractable without any tools to foster cleaning. • Refrigerated versions (complete with integrated condensing unit), Remote versions (without condensing unit and without electronic control). • Drainhole provided with cap. • Climatical class "T" (Ambient temperature: +43°C) • Power supply 230V / 1Ph / 50Hz

and 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz for the 15 GN 1/1 models. • Full CE compliance • Constructed according to the HACCP regulations.
